Refund policy
Our return policy allows for a 30-day window from the date of item receipt to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required for processing.

Upon acceptance of your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that were not previously authorized.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
For the quickest resolution to receive the desired item, we recommend returning the current item. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can proceed with a separate purchase for the new item. This approach ensures a swift and efficient process to fulfill your needs.
European Union 14 Days Cooling Off Period
Despite the information provided earlier, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. Similarly, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available for processing the return.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to finalize the refund.
