Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping within Lebanon usually takes 1-3 business days for delivery.
Order Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package's journey. The delivery driver should contact you within 1-2 days after your order is placed.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders above $45 and $3 for orders below $45.
Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that unexpected circumstances like weather, holidays, or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure accurate shipping information during checkout to avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages: In the rare event of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact our customer support team within the expected delivery timeframe. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery: If a package is returned due to multiple delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, a re-shipping fee may apply. Alternatively, you may request a refund for the product amount minus the original shipping cost and any applicable return fees.
